Our Loganholme Journey
After 20 years of providing their customers with quality products and caring service, on the 4th of December Jan and Graeme Aitken opened the new independent Australian owned and operated ‘Aitken’s Saddlery ’. We have been overwhelmed by the loyalty and support shown by our customers in the past two weeks and we would like to thank everyone and wish you all a merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous new year.
The following is a story documenting our journey which we hope will allow you to share with us the experiences of this new and exciting time.
As with any journey there was a beginning and for this story we begin in Bendigo, Victoria where Jan and Graeme decided to combine their love for horses and experience in the retail industry to open a Saddlery store. So they packed up their young family, moved to sunny Queensland and opened a franchise store in Underwood Brisbane.
Since then they have employed over 30 staff members over the years who have been welcomed into the family. These people have given the stores their own identity providing our customers with an oasis of fun and shopping.
